no i mean theres a cheat like after you beat the game you can use it and you can kill people without getting a bounty for it

i was on my way to get a bounty and on my way to my horse i shot a guy point blank with a shotgun and i’ve been sitting on the train going around the map for 30 minutes because i don’t want to deal with bounty’s
